UGANDA EMBASSY IN JUBA CELEBRATES 63RD INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY The Embassy of the Republic of Uganda in Juba, under the leadership of H.E. Amb. Brig. Gen. Ronnie Balya (ndc), organized a colorful reception on 10th October 2025 to commemorate Uganda’s 63rd Independence Anniversary. The event took place at the Pyramid Continental Hotel, Juba. The Chief Guest was the Minister of General Education of the Republic of South Sudan, Hon. Dr. Kuyuk Abel Kuyuk, who delivered a congratulatory message from H.E. Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, to H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, through H.E. Amb. Brig. Gen. Ronnie Balya (ndc). The occasion was graced by Ambassadors, Diplomats representing various countries, officials from international organizations in South Sudan, as well as senior government officials from both Uganda and South Sudan, alongside several distinguished guests. The celebration underscored the strong bilateral relations, mutual cooperation, and enduring friendship between the Republic of Uganda and the Republic of South Sudan.
